SERVICE
Following up our our action packed, fun filled, emotionally fufilling, service centered weekend I realized that Service is a Happy for me. We volunteer once a month to serve dinner at the homeless shelter here in Las Vegas. Anytime we are there we leave feeling like a million bucks! Every single time!
When you leave you are so greatful for the people that run it, you are grateful for the people and companies who donate the food, you are grateful for the cooks, you want to take the kids home and take care of them. I am most greatful that the people that need help have somewhere to go and get it. But most of all, as we climb in our nice car and drive to our nice house, we are so happy for what we have and happy that we had just given a couple hours of our time to serve someone else. Serving others is a Happy.
